Lashes by Bree Cancellation Policy At Lashes by Bree, I value your time and appreciate you valuing mine. To provide the best experience for every client, please review the following booking and cancellation policy. Booking Deposit A $20 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. Deposits are non refundable. If you provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the $20 deposit and incur a 35% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Late Arrival Please plan to arrive a few minutes early for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to canceled to avoid affecting other clients. In that case, your deposit may be forfeited, and rescheduling will require a new booking.
